  1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship in all over Pakistan. If you are located outside of Pakistan, please contact us at maslammurad3@gmail.com to inquire about international shipping options.

  1. Processing Time
  • Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days.
  • Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or promotional periods.

 

  1. Delivery Times
  • Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped, not when it is placed.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances weather, customs, or holidays.
  1. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

 

  1. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

  1. Damaged or Lost Packages
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at maslammurad3@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.
  1. Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. Please place your orders early to ensure timely delivery.
